This build adds some cool new features! Here are the highlights:

  • The file types and file size are grabbed via the Windows API. This means that these will match the current Windows display language, and the file size will have the power discrepancy that Microsoft never fixes.
  • The updater's "An update is available" page now has release notes! Note that it requires the markdown and tkhtmlview modules to work. The updater's window resolution is also changed to show the release notes properly.
  • The minimum Python version requirement for RBEditor is bumped down from 3.6.0 to 3.6.0a4 (the version where PEP 498/f-strings were introduced).
