Using CC and BCC in the reply is helpful, but forwarding has a different purpose. For example, when we forward an email, we usually want to include attachments and keep the original content without indentation. In replies, attachments are not included automatically and the message gets indented. So instead of adding these features into the reply function, it makes more sense to have a separate forward feature to handle this properly. |
