This PR improves the log file discovery of the ApachePlugin on targets.
IncludeandIncludeOptionaldirectives in all apache.conffiles (mods, sites and confs) and extractErrorLogandCustomLogfrom those configuration files.envvarsfrom those log file location directives (e.g.${APACHE_LOG_DIR}).
