Fixes two high-severity CVEs reported by Docker Scout for the latest commit on
mainoffluree/server:✅ CVE-2025-48976 (commons-fileupload2-core) - reitit 0.9.2
✅ CVE-2024-36114 (aircompressor) - nippy 3.6.0
Two high-severity CVEs remain:
🔄 CVE-2022-25647 (gson) - related to use of clojurescript, also appears in fluree/db and fluree/crypto
🔄 CVE-2025-5115 (jetty http2) - Jetty upgrade
