Summary

compute the leaderboard from treasury transactions in the last 7 days and expose the weekly earnings amount
reuse the same window in the /leaderboard command and display the weekly burger totals instead of lifetime balances

Testing

pytest (fails: missing optional dev dependencies such as pytest_asyncio, sqlalchemy, orjson)
