PROBLEM
The current implementation uses Triton kernel for euclidean distance transform (EDT) which is not supported or difficult to install for windows users.

SOLUTION
Fallback to OpenCV to run on windows environment directly.

How can I switch to open cv on a windows install ?

You can force HAS_TRITON=False at model/edt.py to run opencv fallback.
