Can you please add more to the motivation of this PR? Will we be using any of the sensors enabled by this driver in sensor_service? |

@dzarista, we will need to hold the PR for now, because BSP version 0.7.10 is not ready in Meta environment. @Scott8440 is preparing the release internally, and I will drop you a note once it's ready. Thanks.
Loads the adc rail driver for meru800bia scm and smb and meru800bfa scm.
Tested that platform manager successfully loads the driver for all applicable devices and that all voltage readings are correctly showing up in
sensors.
