This iteration follows up on the failed PR #99, which led to the test runner timing out.
Here,
run.shdoes not change directory to runrun.Rand instead uses the absolute file path oftest_slug.Rin the necessary functions, therefore, that is the only argument passed torun.R.This still uses
PWDto get the present working directory's path to callrun.R. I'm unsure if this could be causing other issues.
