Add link_policy to HighlightsContentsOptions

Summary

Adds link_policy field to HighlightsContentsOptions TypedDict to support stripping or keeping links in highlights. This is a new API parameter available on search and contents endpoints.

• Verify backend API actually supports linkPolicy parameter on highlights (this PR only adds SDK types)
• Test with link_policy="strip" and link_policy="keep" to confirm API accepts both values
