How would the singularity container of this be executed as singularity needs a file path

I have 2 questions:

1. What is the file path that would be used if a singularity container of this made from the docker of this ( https://hub.docker.com/r/etal/cnvkit) is used?

2. What would a tentative script with the singularity path look like? I am unfamiliar with CNVkit and the documentation is rather difficult for me to understand?

Any advice is much appreciated.
