Started the update on README.md, will follow up on it more later.
Fixed grammer
Fixed several grammar issues, corrected some spelling mistakes, and reworded a few sentences to improve clarity. Also changed GPart to KDEcore (not sure, previous commit comment mentioned that GPart is no longer available?)

Managed to fix several grammar issues, correct some spelling mistakes, and reword a few sentences to improve clarity and message without altering the content. Also changed 'GPart' to 'KPMcore' (not entirely sure if this is right or not, but the previous commit comment mentioned that 'GPart' is no longer available).
