Also, * Move the theme and volume buttons into the settings menu. * Make a dialog for changing board layout and card orientation instead of using keyboard shortcuts. This makes alternative layouts usable on mobile. * Support Key and Shift+Key as separate shortcuts. * Add 10th row of keys to the QWERTY standard layout.
