Relates to the PR #1467 as a way to not introduce new changes to the core files of Eliza or Twitter client. This also does not need to be added and could be moved to a tools repo if needed.
Risks
Low, but we can consider to add a refactored version to character generation tools in ai16z. Maybe @HowieDuhzit can check out this script & use this in a more effective way.
