improve HTML display

This updates the rdfs2html.xsl stylesheet to make the HTML output somewhat nicer for models#, use# and rights#

Only question, concern is the Duraspace logo. Might as well throw that out there for discussion since I'm sure it'll come up. I assume it is there in the absence of a formal PCDM logo.

...that said, I'm fine with committing as is in the absence of an official logo. Having Duraspace there now is a nice nod to the infrastructure support they have provided in hosting the ontology and letting us use the Duraspace GitHub org.
