MMS is handled by Chatty and mmsd-tng. Make sure that mmsd-tng is installed, and install it if it's not:

sudo pacman -S mmsd-tng

In Chatty, navigate to Preferences > SMS and MMS Settings and set the MMSC and APN of your mobile carrier.
