Need to use very recent versions of @dlenski's openconnect, incorporating the multi-protocol API into the Java bindings (https://github.com/dlenski/openconnect)

Latest LibOpenConnect has two constructors, one of which accepts a User-Agent string.

Because git submodule didnot pull latest from master branch. The build should fail with old commit ea73851969ae7a6ea54fdd2d2b8c94776af24b2a
