Hi! I'm a big fan of Disorient; I helped solder connectors for Gon KiRin's arm lighting on playa in 2010. I'm building a smallish (2.5 m x 1.2 m, 25x12) DJ booth LED matrix display for Want It! (9:15/Esplanade), and am hoping to be able to use the acw[_emulator] code, if that's all right with you.
In any case, I've added a README and changed initState to allocate enough memory to allow for displays with more than 256 pixels.
