The code processLongFormat.R takes the excel xlsx data file and produce the following files:

For the IPT (substrate typoes are removed):
- fileName_IPT-event.csv
- fileName_IPT-occurrence.csv
- fileName_IPT-mof.csv

For analysis (substrate types are included):
- fileName_site.csv
- fileName_analysis.csv
