Added setting to choose the CMC price history selection.

Urgent fix: App now checks if blockchain's dynamic global props come back as named arrays or as a B4A list, to parse it accordingly.

• Error messages will now show as messageboxes instead of toast notifications and will require user input to close (tap "OK" to continue).
