This VSP was added in #162 by @cryptocoiner69

We have no contact method for the admin. They never joined Matrix and the support email on their site is root@localhost.

Remaining in touch with the Decred community for announcements and updates is a requirement for operating a VSP listed on decred.org.

OOOH somebody is mad, wanting to remove the top pool off the charts I see.
How about we keep this on here so people can continue using the pool they have been ok.

Are you able to provide a contact method besides these indirect notifications through GitHub? Every other VSP admin is part of a private channel on Matrix where important news and updates are shared e.g. vspd 1.3.x was recently released.

@cryptocoiner69 nobody is mad or wants to remove your pool. Your VSP did a great job voting 13K tickets over ~2 years with low fees and low revoked %. And we want more VSPs, not less. Just some contact method is needed to coordinate updates and fix issues. The existing practice is not specific to vspd.bass.cf, it's based on real experience. It's all good while everything is working. But sometimes certificates expire, endpoints go down, or a user has an issue with tickets that requires VSP admin involvement. If we can't reach the admin it becomes painful.
