Minor update to README file on using stable release

Initial Working Code

Basic working version:

1. Manual Configuration file
2. Simple Web interface
3. Save recorded detections
4. Models for Jays, Pigeons, Cats, Squirrels and Magpies. Plus default model for all of them.
