What Went Well?

• We have produced some data and it's made us think
• We have had some good team discussions
• We completed what we planned (pretty much!)
• initial scoping

What will we improve?

• Hold S&Ts when we have data and need input (feels like we've had too many)
• Clear agreement on datasets and quality measures for the next set of work
• More focused actions and team responsibilities
• Review if we are going in the right direction
• Make sure every task has added value
• Regular knowledge/results sharing
• Everyone should have a chance to present project results/comms
• More transparency about who is representing the project team
• More willingness to take on tedious tasks
• More support during project potential to external stakeholders
• Less 'hype'
• Better/more communication amongst the team
• Shared responsibility
• More transparency in work and outputs
• use 'different' but related methods
• Get more direction from the Lead Data Scientist
• Engage with the right stakeholders at the right time and be prepared
