This commit adds a workflow that utilizes two bindings to create traffic. An Azure Service Bus Queue binding is used to trigger the generic invoking of another binding. In this case, the test is setup specifically to call Azure Blob Storage. Signed-off-by: Hal Spang <[email protected]>

Description
This commit adds a workflow that utilizes two bindings to create
