Version 0.1.0

This release is feature complete, but has not been battle tested in production. Some bugs may exist and documentation could be improved. However, it should now be ready for testing in non-critical environments.

Verification

This code has been signed with my identity at keybase.io/dberkom. You can verify that the code has not been modified using Keybase's directory verification tool:

$ cd ex_twilio/

You can also perform manual verification using the SIGNED.md file in the project's root directory.
