Description

fix if condition for update_migration
Set default for redis.enabled=false
refactor values for phpConfig, so the value is more clear in what it affects
add dbpMoodle.phpConfig.additional, a string which is inserted at the end of config.php (default="")
clean up whitespace in config.php

All points were discussed with the ticket creator, support-team or product owner. The code upholds all quality guidelines from the PR-template.
