Description

make Helm Chart more flexibel
Loading of Users, Groups etc schemas is now possible via Helm Chart values - so that the entries that need no secrets can stay in the Helm Chart and only the critical once are managed via 1Password
Schemas can get loaded but need to get deleted if they should be newly loaded.

All points were discussed with the ticket creator, support-team or product owner. The code upholds all quality guidelines from the PR-template.
