This PR adds the ability to use CSVs for various kinds of bulk operations (adjusting prices, stock, adding items etc). Currently works by downloading a CSV of the current inventory, modifying it, and uploading it again. Various things could be built ontop of this, such as adding purchase price and automatically figuring out what the new price should be in the shop etc. but that could be added at a later date.
To use the new feature, press the cog icon in the upper left on the inventory page. Also adds various .env attributes that should be used to configure the feature on real deployments.
