[FEAT] : Add CC to Sales and Supplier Quotes

What does this PR do?

• Add CC to Sales and Supplier Quotes

Mandatory Tasks (DO NOT REMOVE)

• I confirm automated tests are in place that prove my fix is effective or that my feature works.

How should this be tested?

• Go to Supplier quote and click on the send button
• Add emails to CC select users or groups
• You should be CC'd in the emails
• Go to Sales quote click Finalize and then follow the same process
