Allow auth0 EU domains

- Introduced a new .env.example file for Auth0 configuration. - Updated test.py to support optional custom audience, scope, and prompt parameters for login. - Enhanced getVerifiedSubFromToken and login_button functions to handle custom audience. - Improved frontend JavaScript to dynamically build authorization parameters for Auth0 login. - Added error handling for logout and token retrieval processes.
