Adds RelAI Facilitator entry - multi-chain x402 facilitator with gas-sponsored USDC payments on Ethereum, Polygon, Base, Avalanche, SKALE, and Solana. Zero gas fees for users. Facilitator endpoint: https://facilitator.x402.fi
