feat: Add V402Pay metadata and logo for x402 ecosystem

Description

Add OnVoyage to the ecosystem page.

• New partner directory: app/ecosystem/partners-data/onvoyage/
• Logo: public/logos/onvoyage.png
• Metadata: creator earnings platform for GeoFi, Web3 Application & Infrastructure category
• Website: https://onvoyage.ai

Tests

Docs/ecosystem only: added partner data and logo. No code or test changes. Verified that metadata.json is valid JSON and the logo file exists.

Checklist

• I have formatted and linted my code
• All new and existing tests pass (N/A – ecosystem data only)
• My commits are signed (required for merge) -- you may need to rebase if you initially pushed unsigned commits

Morning! I’ve updated the submission: I’d like it to be the OnVoyage main project (onvoyage.ai), not the v402pay subdomain. Thanks for the heads-up.
