feat: figma code connect and doc updates

What changed? Why?

This PR updates figma code connect for Tray and Carousel. It also updates SlideButton docs.

Root cause (required for bugfixes)

SlideButton wasn't clear that users should rely on onChange to determine the checked state.

Tour and Carousel have had figma changes published and so we are updating those.
