Updated for Reclaim Hosting one click installs! Now with support for Image alternative text. Theme options now available for making even the use of images optional as well as making alt image text required. Settings for the theme can now be imported/exported. Many more customizer tweaks and pesky bug fixes only Alan knows about.

Fixed the code for tag suggestion so it works fully for non-logged in users.

A Year in the Making

It's been a while! New features / fixes include options to make featured images optional or not used at all, submission fields for entering alt text for featured images for better web accessibility, bug fix to keep drafts from being displayed on front page, bug fix pn the default menu, new options for writers to get email notification of comments. Keep in TRU Writing!

Just a Bit More Shine

Minor bug fixes that no one will likely ever notice, but also streamlined the flow of the writing form template, made a few buttons and labels more clear to function. We hope, really hope, that Reclaim Hosting pushes this new version out there so it's easier for folks to manage. Hi Tim!

Easier Setup, No Special Accounts, And Inline Image Uploads

In a major update that simplifies the theme and reduces a bunch of code, there is no longer a need for a secret "author" user, and invisible logins for TRU Writer. Everything can be done now without adding an account to a site. The writing form features a new drag and drop interface for uploading a header image (or click to use the file selector). The theme also no longer needs a separate Writing Desk page (previously used to manage the optional access code) nor the crazy redirects between the two form pages. Also added an image button to the editor to allow insertion of images in text by URL, as well as a means to upload images (via ajax) and insert as inline pictures. It's like being in WordPress without being in Wordpress!

Got Rewrites?

• Create the proper way of flushing rewrite rules for new features that did not get folded into previous update (done now on theme switch, or can be done by site owner simply by going to Permalinks and saving settings)
• Removed all of the "New Writing" links in dashboard as all content should be created from the front of the site (Thanks to Dave Cormier)
