I made some requested changes, and this should also be linked to in the README.md something like

## Code of Conduct
See the code of conduct [here](CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md)

If a community member engages in unacceptable behavior, the community organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including a temporary ban or permanent expulsion from the community without warning (and without refund in the case of a paid event).

## 7. Reporting Guidelines

If you are subject to or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify a community organizer as soon as possible. Email us at [email protected], tweet us (@codecurius-bln). If you're having problems with organisers, you can contact us personally or contact Ferdous [under [email protected] or on twitter @ferbsx] or Yonatan [under [email protected] or @shushugah on Twitter].

Inside this file https://github.com/codecurious-bln/CC-website/blob/master/_includes/code_of_conduct.html which is linked automatically inside all events, we should include the contact info. For example on the bottom of this page you can see the CoC text, that's because of the above file https://code-curious.netlify.com/events/2019-09-21-code-and-cake
