This patch adds a new
changefeed.total_ranges
metric that can be used to monitor the number of ranges that are watched by changefeed aggregators. It uses the existingchangefeed.lagging_ranges
polling mechanism and thus its polling interval is also controlled by the existinglagging_ranges_polling_interval
