* Bump cloud.google.com/go/spanner version to parse generated column definitions * Support generated columns. Update templates to not try to update generated columns as they are non-writable * Add generated columns integratioin test
Schema may contain alter table statement to add foreign key.

This is the preparation for the alpha release for V2. There are some breaking changes in V2. So we are implementing Yo V2 under v2 directory and put a go.mod as
github.com/cloudspannerecosystem/yo/v2module. By this way, we can still provide the current version of Yo asgithub.com/cloudspannerecosystem/yo.We keep developing both V1 and V2 for a while. We will use v0.x.y for V1 and v2.x.y for V2 as the git tag.
