- Add tanstack-cf-ai-adapter package using git subtree (preserves history) - Update package.json to match mono-repo patterns - Switch from npm to pnpm workspace setup - Update build to use tsup instead of tsc - Add biome formatting - Update repository URL to cloudflare/ai mono-repo - Add tsup.config.ts for ESM/CJS dual output - Remove standalone repo files (.npmrc, package-lock.json, .github, .changeset) - Integrate with Nx build system - Package builds successfully with both CommonJS and ESM outputs
