I use bootstrap_form for my forms and it conflicts with Bh::FormBuilder. This pull request wil fix my issue.

👍 Adding Bh.form_builder = false in config/initializers/ fixed simple_form_for for me, thanks!

Is there anything stopping this from being merged?
