Chat SDK Android: Running the Chat SDK

The Android Chat SDK comes ready to go straight out of the box.

With only a few steps you can have it up and running on your devices:

• Download or clone the Chat SDK from the Github repository
• Open the project in Android Studio
• Run and test the project

Note: The Chat SDK is set up on our test Firebase account. This means you don't need to configure anything to be able to test it out.

We have also set up the iOS Chat SDK on the same accounts meaning you can download both and immediately test out the compatibility functionality between the two.
