  We wouldn't normally need to do any forks to activate light client proofs, however, we made some mistakes on the struct `DaDataLighClient` and we need to apply the changes with a fork. So we can use this checkpoint to enable other features / fixes we need to inlcude with a fork. Planned features: - Light client proofs - Offchain contracts - EVM Cancun upgrade
