2024 Updates

Changes for the 2024 version of this course include re-ordering of lessons so Quarto appears earlier and the addition of a "reproducibility colloquium" as the final session instead of a more informal show and tell session. Also includes many other updates to materials from @diazrenata and @Aariq.
