This adds support for the ReturnValuesOnConditionCheckFailure parameter on saving items on views. This is helpful when you encounter a conditional check failure and don't want to do a read in order to get the correct version, etc.

I am no longer working on it, but I think it would still be useful to have. I stopped working on it both due to lack of time, and I remember I ran into some build/test error that seemed to only be on my machine. |
