This PR enhances the Carvel README by adding a structured overview table summarizing all Carvel tools.
The table includes each tool’s purpose, links to official documentation, and GitHub repositories.
Benefits:
Tools included: ytt, kapp, kbld, imgpkg, kapp-controller, vendir, secretgen-controller.
