As discussed in burnash#145, help newbies by clarifying the step between import and opening a spreadsheet. Make it clearer what your options are and how to choose. This is motivated by the confusion about how to use the library when your spreadsheet is shared with "anyone with the URL".

Seems in my haste I got the rst formatting wrong. Just pushed a fix that looks okay on GitHub. Will see what the CI thinks. |
