To provide greater flexibility with hosted agent base images, we're adding a feature to allow for a URL to be provided rather than the content of a Dockerfile. This URL can be anywhere publicly accessible, or captured within the internal registry available within a tenant. This doc change shows the feature, and how to use the internal registry for generating a private image with the express intent on using it as a base image.
