A Sogou Cell Dict .scel file parser in JavaScript.

Usage

const SCEL = require('scel')

SCEL.parseFile(path: string) -> Promise<Dict>

SCEL.parseFile('/path/to/dict.scel').then(dict => {
  console.log(

})

SCEL.parseFileSync(path: string) -> Dict
