--use-emerge-weights doesn't do anything? #217
Description
As far as I can tell, the --use-emerge-weights option in the ScoreBGE WDL doesn't do anything (I don't see it anywhere in ScoreBGE.py). Is this just an artifact from initial development that can be removed?
