COSORE v0.5

An open-science database of continuous soil respiration datasets, intended as a community resource for syntheses and reference.

This is a pre-release of the database. Structure, names, formatting: anything may change in future versions.

Note: This release has a number of new datasets, but v0.5 is primarily focused is primarily distinguished by under-the-hood software architecture changes. We've removed the use of drake; reworked much of the build and processing pipeline; updated the vignettes and reporting; and now provide a small, consistent set of user functions: csr_database(), csr_dataset(), and csr_table().

You don't need to install the R package to get the data. Just download the zip file below.
