Description

Points to the forums on GitHub just like the Bottles Website

Fixes #3611 task nr 3.

    Readme change

How Has This Been Tested?

Just the Preview tab next to Write tab on GitHub to check if link opens correctly.

Can you run git commit --amend and edit the commit message to something that follows the GNOME Project Handbook? https://handbook.gnome.org/development/commit-messages.html

If not, I can do it and merge it, it's no big deal.
