Delete python-pytest-ordering via SR 879184

https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/879184 by user bnavigator + dimstar_suse This package is in the list of the "Build fail notification" packages from yesterday. Although a fix exists (ftobia/pytest-ordering#76) the package is not maintained upstream anymore: ftobia/pytest-ordering#73 The only package depending on it was spyder. I removed the dependency in sr#879181
